Adviser Services Consultant

The Adviser Services function within M&G Wealth Advice supports our Clients and Financial Advisers. This varied role requires flexibility and excellent communication skills. We are seeking motivated Adviser Services Consultants who can build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and promote the benefits of financial advice. The role is phone-based, working from our Stirling or Edinburgh office. Previous experience in the Financial Services Industry is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and confidently promote our services
• Deliver quality service to customers and stakeholders
• Focus on quality of delivery within guidelines
• Follow pre-defined procedures in processes and systems
• Adapt to change, respond proactively, and suggest improvements

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience in telephone client interactions guided by a framework
• Efficient time management to maximize customer-facing time
• Ability to promote services confidently to new or existing clients
• Organized with good prioritization and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and high accuracy
• Flexibility to support a range of tasks
• Pro-active, adaptable, and able to tailor working style
