Job summary

Speedy Group UK&I is seeking a Service Co-ordinator in Milton Keynes, working Monday to Friday for 45 hours. You will manage mobile Service Engineers’ schedules, handle on-site service issues, and ensure customers receive first-class support.

You’ll be the front line for customer interaction, processing orders and resolving queries to uphold Speedy’s high service standards. You will join at an exciting growth phase, with opportunities for training and progression as Speedy continues to expand

Service Co-ordinator - Milton Keynes - Monday to Friday - 45 Hours

Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit a Service Coordinator with knowledge of customer services and coordination to effectively manage all aspects of the mobile Service Engineers work schedules and deal with all onsite service issues as reported by the customers.

As a Service Coordinator you’ll be the front line of our customer interaction, processing customer orders, ensuring their every need is catered for and every question answered. You will deal with any issues that may arise and will be vital in ensuring that our customers know they are receiving the first class customer service that make us the best in our sector to do business with.

You will be joining the team at an exciting time, helping to continue our growth and delivering first class customer service.
