Job summary

Speedy Hire Plc in Milton Keynes is seeking a Service Co-ordinator to manage mobile Service Engineers' schedules and resolve on-site service issues reported by customers.

You will be the frontline in customer interactions, processing orders, meeting needs, answering questions, and contributing to our flexible work patterns and ESG commitments.

Qualifications

• What you'll need: strong telephone manner and customer focus.
• Ability to use in-house systems to process orders and schedule work.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to new situations and meet KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mobile Service Engineers' work schedules and respond to onsite service issues.
• Process customer orders and ensure customer needs are catered for.
• Provide frontline customer interaction and resolve questions or concerns.

Service Co-ordinator - Milton Keynes - Monday to Friday - 45 Hours

Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit a Service Coordinator with knowledge of customer services and coordination to effectively manage all aspects of the mobile Service Engineers work schedules and deal with all onsite service issues as reported by the customers.

As a Service Coordinator you'll be the front line of our customer interaction, processing customer orders, ensuring their every need is catered for and every question answered. You will deal with any issues that may arise and will be vital in ensuring that our customers know they are receiving the first class customer service that make us the best in our sector to do business with.

You will be joining the team at an exciting time, helping to continue our growth and delivering first class customer service.
