Job summary

Southern Housing is seeking a Service Charge Data & Performance Manager to oversee the validation, analysis and reporting of service charge data across multiple systems. You will work with Finance, Asset Management, Building Safety, Development and Technology to ensure data accuracy, auditable processes and transparent charging for residents.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Experience working with large volumes of data.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups and pivot tables.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• The ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
• Great communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Validating and maintaining service charge data across multiple systems and datasets.
• Investigating and resolving data discrepancies and quality issues.
• Producing reports, dashboards and performance information.
• Analysing trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting service charge assurance, audit and compliance activities.
• Assisting with budget preparation, forecasting and year-end processes.
• Contributing to service improvement and system enhancement projects.
• Supporting the delivery of clear and transparent service charge information for residents.
