Accent Group Limited is seeking a Service Charge Specialist on a hybrid basis with travel to schemes in the South and East. The role involves visiting sites, verifying data, and ensuring fair service charge schedules across tenancies and leases.

You will work with Asset teams and leadership to improve processes, safeguard data integrity, and deliver accurate apportionments, supporting customers and performance objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service charge management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex residential leases and identify discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Visit sites, verify data, and audit service charge schedules.
• Collaborate with Asset teams and leadership to improve processes.
