Job summary

Accent Group Limited in the UK is seeking a Service Charge Specialist to drive accuracy in service charge schedules across our schemes. You will visit sites, verify data, and work with Asset teams to ensure fair, compliant apportionments.

Hybrid role with travel to the South and East (Peterborough/Cambridge, Camberley, Kent). You’ll analyse leases, use Excel and housing management software, and communicate clearly with stakeholders to support our purpose of affordable, sustainable homes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service charge management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel, finance systems and housing management software
• Excellent communication with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Visit sites to verify data and review service charge schedules
• Collaborate with Asset teams and leadership to ensure accurate apportionments
• Identify discrepancies and recommend adjustments to data
• Support data governance and improve data integrity across Accent
