Job summary

Culligan UK limited is seeking a Service Centre Supervisor to oversee the Haydock service centre operations and support a team of drivers and technicians. The role focuses on delivering efficient service, meeting SLAs and maintaining quality customer outcomes.

The successful candidate will lead daily activities, drive performance, support training and ensure health & safety standards across the centre.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in managing teams, preferably in operations or service-oriented roles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions.
• Excellent organisational and reporting/analytic abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency and SLA compliance.
• Lead and motivate the service team including Water Delivery Drivers and Technicians.
• Coordinate deliveries, installations and maintenance to satisfy customers.
• Support recruitment, performance reviews and staff development.
• Ensure health and safety compliance within the service centre.
