Job summary

Culligan UK is seeking a Service Centre Manager in Wolverhampton to run the day-to-day operations of our service centre within the Operations Team. The role is based on-site, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, ensuring efficient delivery of bottled water services and repairs to customers in the region.

You will manage a team including drivers and technicians, maintain SLAs, ensure vehicle compliance, and drive health and safety, productivity and development initiatives across the centre.

Qualifications

• Resilient, self-motivated and flexible.
• Proven record of managing a fast-paced Operation.
• Full driving licence.
• Able to complete daily reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Service Centre to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead and develop Water Delivery Drivers, Technicians and Stock/Inventory Controllers.
• Ensure deliveries, installations, services and repairs are actioned promptly.
• Ensure all vehicles are compliant; coordinate with Fleet.
• Coordinate with Technical Training Managers for technician training.
• Maintain stock levels and use ERP system effectively.
• Meet objectives in Health & Safety, Productivity, Compliance and People Development.
• Support recruitment processes and back-up routing with Supervisor.
