Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Service Centre Manager to lead a busy service centre in the Traffic Division. You will drive performance against targets, manage costs and deliver high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to work with the Sales team to grow the business while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing people, motivating and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated commercial and financial acumen.
• Ability to understand and manage P&L accounts and budgets.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong planning and organisation capabilities.
• Self-motivated with drive to high quality standards.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety practices at work.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Service Centre performs against targets and budgets while controlling costs.
• Motivate employees to achieve strong team performance and morale.
• Create monthly management reports covering P&L and operations.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop new opportunities and grow the business.
• Maintain compliance with Health and Safety guidelines.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all Service Centre staff.
