Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a Service Manager to support the Service Centre Manager in delivering high standards of service and customer satisfaction. You will help lead a busy team, ensure compliance with contract administration and health and safety guidelines, and drive continuous improvement across the centre.

The role requires excellent communications, strong organisational skills, and a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of the Service Centre team and operations.
• Ensure compliance with contract administration procedures.
• Coach and motivate employees to deliver excellent service.
• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety guidelines.
• Maintain high levels of customer care and reflect company standards.
• Deputise for the Service Centre Manager when required.
