Job summary

Dawsongroup EMC in Brighouse, UK is seeking a Service & Compliance Control Supervisor to lead our Service and Breakdown Control teams and ensure optimal day-to-day performance of the HGV operation.

You will coach Controllers, manage workload allocation, monitor WIP and KPIs, and act as an escalation point across multiple departments to resolve issues and maintain excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, supervising or coordinating people in a busy environment.
• Experience managing service/breakdown activity, scheduling and workloads.
• Comfortable using KPIs, SLAs and WIP to drive action.
• Strong communication and organisational skills to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support Service and Breakdown Controllers, allocating workloads.
• Oversee service events, breakdowns and third-party bookings from notification to completion.
• Maintain control of Work In Progress with 14-day target DPOs and clear actions.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, downtime, fleet availability and supplier performance.
• Act as escalation point across Operations, Engineering, Compliance and customers.
