Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Fleet Controller to join the Fleet team in Worsley. This role oversees the daily management of the vehicle fleet, taking a lead on servicing, defects and breakdowns while ensuring operations run smoothly for internal contracts.

You will liaise with vehicle suppliers, manage service requests, monitor SLA performance and update fleet management systems. A strong team player with planning and organizational skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Knowledge of workshop practices and charges is an advantage
• Industry knowledge of light & heavy commercial vehicle industry
• Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
• Enthusiastic and proactive approach to your work
• Must recognise the importance of working as part of a team to deliver service and operational performance within a safe working environment
• IT skills, Microsoft Word and Excel would be an advantage
• Previous experience of fleet management software packages would be an advantage (Jaama Key2 in particular)

Responsibilities

• You will liaise with Vehicle suppliers to ensure all orders are processed in line with agreed SLA's
• You will handle vehicle service, defect and breakdown requests following company procedures and guidelines, ensuring minimal disruption to internal customers / contracts
• You will ensure SLA's are achieved with minimum downtime
• You will investigate and respond to Internal customer / External Supplier Queries
• You will update fleet management systems
• You will assist in general fleet desk duties, providing support when needed for other aspects of the fleet department
