Based in Chesterfield, applicants will ideally live locally.
2 days working from home available

Your new role
Working for a leading services provider in Chesterfield, you will be part of a rapidly growing business. Due to sustained growth, a new position of Service and Support Administrator has been created to support the Admin Services Team.
This will be a busy role, and the main purpose will be to provide support regarding Admin system requests, defects, access, and change requests. The duties include:

  • Supporting business support queries, troubleshooting, and escalating issues as needed
  • Managing access for staff to business applications, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Supporting internal business audits
  • General business support tasks

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven troubleshooting skills and technical support experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with service management systems for tracking and resolving tickets
  • Experience in software support
