Job summary

21° is hiring a Servicing Engineer to service, maintain and diagnose heat pump systems for residential and commercial clients in the UK. You will work independently with support from a skilled team to ensure systems operate efficiently and customers receive excellent service.

The role requires a Level 3 NVQ in plumbing and heating, a Full UK driving license, and desirable F-Gas certification. Training and development are offered within a diverse, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Level 3 NVQ in plumbing and heating is essential.
• F-Gas certification is desirable, not essential.
• BPEC qualifications in heat pumps, unvented, water regulations and part L are preferred.
• Strong fault finding and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance on heat pump systems
• Diagnose and repair faults to ensure optimum performance
• Provide technical support and advice to customers
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Comply with all relevant Health and Safety standards
• Collaborate with the wider engineering and installations teams

You'll work independently, supported by a friendly and experienced team, ensuring the systems operate efficiently and customers receive excellent service.
