Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services is seeking a Heat Pump Service Engineer to service, maintain and repair renewable heating systems across domestic homes in the RG postcodes, using a company van and fuel card. You will diagnose faults, carry out remedial work, and ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on renewable heating systems (ASHP/GSHP) and hot water systems.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair air source and ground source heat pumps and hot water systems.

Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for renewable heating technology? We're looking for a Heat Pump Service Engineer to join our growing team, carrying out servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and repairs across domestic renewable heating systems throughout the RG postcode areas.

The Role

• Service, maintain and repair Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP), Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP) and hot water systems
• Diagnose faults and carry out remedial works to restore systems to full operationTest, commission and optimise system performance
• Complete service records and job documentation accurately
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with industry regulations and manufacturer standards
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused service in occupied homes
