Job summary

Installio Ltd. is hiring a Service and Maintenance engineer to join our heat pump team and assist in remedial work, call-outs, and regular servicing across the UK. You will conduct annual services, fault find, and support installation teams with commissioning and air conditioning tasks.

Training in FGas, heat pump design, and manufacturer standards will be provided. We value experienced plumbers/heating engineers with NVQ plumbing qualifications, G3 Unvented, WRAS knowledge, and a valid license.

Qualifications

• Experienced plumber/heating engineer
• NVQ level 2 or 3 in Plumbing
• G3 Unvented
• WRAS Water Regulations
• Experience with heat pumps
• Experience installing pipework (solder & press) for unvented cylinders and radiators
• Valid driver’s license with 6 points or less
• Level 3 heat pump qualifications (desirable)
• FGas (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Support our heat pump team solve remedials and call outs
• Conduct annual services for heat pumps
• Support install teams where necessary (Fault finding, commissioning, etc)
• Support with Air Con installations (training will be provided)
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service

Tasks

Working directly in customers’ homes, you will be an intrinsic member of our heat pump team, tackling reactive maintenance and call outs, and conducting annual services. Prior experience with heat pumps is a must and you already have the skills needed to fault find and support our installation engineers. We will provide ongoing training to support your personal development with things like FGas, Heat pump design training, and manufacturer training.
