Job summary

Octane Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Service Advisor to join an established main dealership in Ruislip. You will welcome customers, manage service department enquiries, book vehicles in for servicing, and liaise with workshop technicians to monitor progress. Previous automotive experience not essential; strong customer service and sales skills are required.

Full training provided. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confidence discussing services and identifying sales opportunities.
• Good organisation and ability to manage multiple enquiries.
• Professional telephone manner and customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to learn automotive systems and service processes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and manage service department enquiries
• Book vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs
• Explain recommended work and provide customers with updates
• Liaise with workshop technicians to monitor repair progress
• Identify opportunities to recommend relevant additional services
• Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation
• Deliver a professional customer experience from booking to vehicle collection
