Job summary

Octane Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a main dealership in Slough. You will handle service and repair requirements, coordinating bookings and maintaining clear communication with customers using digital systems and iPads.

Applicants must have previous Service Advisor experience within a franchised main dealership and strong customer service skills. No UK driving licence is required; typical hours are Mon–Fri, 7:45am–6:00pm with up to £31,500 base and up

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised main dealership.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience using digital service processes.
• UK Driving Licence is not required.
• Excellent face-to-face communication and customer handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and manage their service and repair requirements.
• Coordinate vehicle bookings, servicing and repair appointments.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
• Use iPads and digital systems to manage customer records and job documentation.
• Present additional repair recommendations using video health checks.
• Work closely with Vehicle Technicians and the workshop team.
• Achieve customer satisfaction, service sales and departmental performance targets.
