Van Mossel Automotive Group UK Ltd is seeking a Service Advisor at our Volkswagen Van Centre in Poole. You will be the key link between customers and the workshop, delivering a premium aftersales experience.

Responsibilities include updating customers, explaining faults and repair options, and upselling when appropriate. A full UK driving licence and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service department; main dealer experience would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and use your initiative.
• Possess good technical knowledge to answer customer queries.
• Proactive and professional customer approach.
• Strong organisational and teamwork abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their service and repair journey.
• Provide regular progress updates to customers while vehicles are in the workshop.
• Explain faults and repair recommendations confidently and professionally.
• Identify upsell opportunities for essential and urgent repairs.
• Deliver a premium customer experience reflecting the brand quality.
• Handle customer queries, concerns and complaints with positive resolutions.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
