VANRATH have partnered with one of Northern Ireland's most established family-run car dealerships. The organisation is recruiting a Service Advisor position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any Motor Industry experienced individual to join a longstanding company that offers many routes for progression.

Permanent role

Place of work is Belfast - Boucher

£27,500 Salary + Bonus + Company Car + Fantastic benefits, company pension scheme, 30 days holidays.

Responsibilities:

  1. The role will involve face to face and telephone contact with our customers, with the overall aim of providing the very best in customer service.
  2. This is a very busy role requiring teamwork, excellent inter-departmental and good all-round communication skills, as well as behaving in a professional manner.
  3. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to put the customer first, have an enthusiastic approach to their work, be highly organised and have good time management skills.
  4. Upselling EVHC, Service plans etc. is also incorporated into the role so a good knowledge of these will be required.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience within a Franchised Dealership in a similar position
  • Ability to multi-task while keeping a positive attitude both to your work and our customers
