The role is Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm, with pay from £13.46 per hour. It offers a temporary maternity cover contract with the opportunity to work for a reputable commercial vehicle company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills essential.
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities required.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work independently.
• Confident using computer systems and processing job cards.
• Experience in automotive or commercial vehicle industry advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming environment.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate workshop jobs.
• Create and process job cards, checking progress of work.
• Check customer account details and obtain authorisations as needed.
• Provide customers with regular updates on vehicle repairs and servicing.
• Agree timescales for additional work and ensure completion.
• Manage daily responsibilities with initiative.
