Responsibilities

• Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken.
• Suggest additional products and services to customers' needs.
• Explain timescales and collection arrangements.
• Prepare job cards on the in-house system.
• Update customer and vehicle records and warranty notes.
• Prepare and complete invoices.
