Job summary

Waylands Honda in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team at the Honda dealership. You will act as the liaison between customers and service technicians, greet customers, listen to requests and schedule appointments, while communicating vehicle issues and repair timelines to the workshop.

You’ll need strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work to deadlines. A full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle needs
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating bookings with customers and the workshop
• Estimating costs and conveying repair timelines to customers
• Keeping customers updated on vehicle status through the workshop
• Liaising with technicians to communicate customers' concerns accurately
