Job summary

Brayleys Cars Limited seeks a Customer-focused Service Advisor for its Honda dealership in Romford. You will guide customers through their service journey, handling face-to-face, phone and email queries and turning them into workshop bookings, delivering an outstanding service experience every step of the way.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from new and existing customers who need to make use of our workshop facilities
• Provide outstanding customer service as the face of Brayleys and our partner vehicle brands as you guide our customers through their visit to our workshop for repairs and maintenance
• Meet team and individual sales targets by through sales of added value products such as continuing maintenance plans.
• Manage the vehicle handover process, ensuring compliance with all processes when our customers collect their vehicles after repair.
• Adhere to Brayleys and industry regulations
