Job summary

Vindis Group Ltd. operates Peterborough Audi and is seeking a customer-oriented Service Advisor to join its Aftersales Team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, promoting services and products, and maintaining accurate service records.

You will work within a well-established organisation that values professionalism, accountability and collaboration, with opportunities for training and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role and a track record of achieving individual and team targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Brand accreditation and knowledge of automotive service processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of customer service excellence within the Aftersales Team.
• Deliver the Service Core Process in line with training and expectations.
• Maximise opportunities to promote relevant products and services to customers.
• Maintain electronic service records accurately and with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the workshop to ensure timely information flow from front-of-house.
• Contribute to a quality culture focused on first-time fixes and on-time vehicle readiness.

About the Role:

As an AudiService Advisor, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team. Yourkey responsibilities will include:

• Being integral inchampioning and maintaininga culture of customer service excellence.
• Delivering upon theService Core Process as per the training, guidance and expectations given.
• Maximising uponevery available opportunity to improve the successes of your immediateteam and the wider business by ensuring that customers are aware of anyrelevant and/or necessary additional products and services.
• Demonstratingalignment with, and engagement in, a robust customer communicationstrategy, ensuring that customers are kept up to date with the statutes oftheir vehicle.
• Maintainingelectronic records in a complete and accurate manner, ensuring attentionto detail with all administrative tasks.
• Developing effectiveworking relationships with the workshop to ensure that the ‘flow’ ofinformation from the initial front-of-house experience is timely,accurate, clear and consultative.
• Being integral incontributing to the delivery of a quality culture that is focused uponfirst time fixes, and ensuring that vehicles are ready on time.
• Effectivelyutilising the tools and resources available to you to become a specialistin your area, in order to accurately advise customers on services and/orproducts.
• Excellentcommunication skills and the ability to effectively build relationships
• Experience within acustomer facing role, and the desire to consistently achieve individualand team targets
• Strongorganisational skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines,along with good attention to detail
• Full UK drivinglicence
• Previous experiencein a similar role, within the automotive industry
• Brand Accredited
