Lookers Crewe BMW is recruiting an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team and our friendly Service Manager, Chris. The role involves booking MOTs, services and repairs, advising on warranty, and upselling parts to benefit customers.

You will work in a state-of-the-art showroom environment, receive ongoing training through in-house brand development, and have the chance to progress within the Lookers group. A strong customer focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Energetic and personable with a real passion for delivering a first-class customer experience.
• Excellent communication skills and able to explain technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advise customers about warranty cover and upsell parts/accessories that benefit the customer.
• Liaise with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload and calls.
• Manage a high volume of customers daily, including calls and online queries.
• Inform customers of turnaround times and maintain accurate records in the systems.
