Job summary

Lloyd BMW, part of Lloyd Motor Group, in Colne, seeks a Service Advisor for the Aftersales team. The role offers a salary of £34-38K OTE plus a company car and requires 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday with Saturday rota.

Qualifications

• Must have a professional and proactive approach to customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• IT literate with basic software knowledge; Kerridge is advantageous.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deal with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department.
• Advise on technical queries/issues.
• Book vehicles into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of progress.
• Sell customer repairs/parts, and finalise invoices on completion.
