Job summary

Lloyd BMW, part of Lloyd Motor Group, in Colne, seeks a Service Advisor for the Aftersales team. The role offers a salary of £34-38K OTE plus a company car and requires 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday with Saturday rota.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, advising on technical queries, booking work, and handling invoices. Benefits include generous leave, cycle-to-work, flu jabs, and training.

Qualifications

• Must have a professional and proactive approach to customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• IT literate with basic software knowledge; Kerridge is advantageous.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Service Advisor to join the Aftersales team at our Lloyd BMW retailerbased in Colne.

Salary: £34-38K OTE + Company Car

Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 18:00 working a Saturday rota

Role responsibilities

• Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department.
• Advising on technical queries/issues.
• Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle.
• Sell customer repairs/parts etc., and finalising the invoice on completion.

An ideal Service Advisor will hold the following skills and experiences

• Motivated, with a proactive approach to customer service.
• Enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the Service department.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be well presented.
• Must be IT literate, and a working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
