Job summary

Group 1 Automotive's Audi Whetstone service team is seeking a Service Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. You will be the main contact for customers while their vehicles are in the workshop, delivering trusted service experiences.

You will develop product knowledge through manufacturer training, promote additional services, schedule appointments, maintain customer records, and uphold our standards of transparency and customer care.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Skill in identifying customer needs and opportunities for upselling.
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in a target-driven role and achieving goals.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner throughout the day.
• Keep customers informed on the progress of their vehicle repairs, ensuring transparency and trust.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge through manufacturer-led training.
• Actively promote additional services and repairs based on Technician recommendations to maintain vehicle health and service revenue.
• Schedule vehicles for appointments in the workshop efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct pre-appointment customer calls to confirm bookings and address questions.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date customer records within our systems.
