Job summary

Volvo Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our Thetford dealership. You will manage the reception, coordinate service appointments, and act as the main contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication with the workshop and timely authorisation for work.

The role requires strong customer service, proactive problem solving, and solid IT skills (Excel, Outlook). A positive, flexible team player is essential to thrive in our fast-moving environment.
