Job summary

Volvo Group in Cambridge is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at the Cambridge dealership. You will be the first point of contact for customers, managing reception, scheduling service appointments and liaising with the workshop on progress.

• Manage reception area and be main point of contact for customers

• Liaise and coordinate with workshop and customers on progress, ensure timely authorisation for all work is received
• Preparation and provision of invoices to customers at point of vehicle collection, resolve any queries
