Job summary

Vertu Nissan Stockton is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the key liaison between customers and our workshop. The role focuses on delivering outstanding service, setting clear expectations, and maintaining contact throughout the vehicle’s service or repair.

Qualifications

• Previous customer facing service experience required.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop to ensure satisfaction.
• Set customer expectations and keep in touch throughout service or repair.
• Upsell additional products and follow up with customers after work is completed.
