Job summary

Vertu Nissan Halifax is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our busy Parts team. You’ll handle inbound parts enquiries, identify parts, and provide accurate parts advice to customers and trade clients.

The role offers a basic salary of £13.60 per hour with a 42-hour week, Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:00pm and alternate Saturdays. Benefits include training and opportunities for progression within the Vertu Motors group.

Qualifications

• Parts experience in motor industry.
• Confident with computers, systems and online platforms.
• Committed to delivering excellent service and enjoy working as part of a team.
• Organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Comfortable working to targets and sales objectives.
• Willingness to engage in regular training and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound parts enquiries and orders via phone and online platforms.
• Accurately identify and source parts to meet customer needs.
• Use promotions and offers to meet team and individual targets.
• Upsell or add value in a customer-focused way.
• Keep product knowledge up to date through training and resources.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
