Group 1 Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor in Dartford for a 12-month maternity cover. You will be the main point of contact for customers while their vehicle is in maintenance, ensuring clear communication and trusted service within our aftersales team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage customers.
• Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
• Able to identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue.
• Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers and engage them in a friendly and professional manner.
• Keep customers informed on progress of vehicle repairs with transparency.
• Develop product knowledge and participate in manufacturer-led training.
• Actively promote additional services and repairs based on technician recommendations.
• Schedule vehicles for appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain precise customer records and ensure smooth service management.
