Job summary

Hartwell Automotive Group Limited in Watford is seeking a proactive Service Advisor to welcome customers, schedule bookings and liaise between clients and technicians. You will explain repairs and costs clearly while supporting a smooth workshop flow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a service advisor role (automotive preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic technical knowledge of vehicles (training provided).
• IT proficiency and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and admin skills, including familiarity with dealer software systems.
• Neat, professional appearance; team player with keen automotive interest.

Responsibilities
