Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Shrewsbury is recruiting a Service Advisor for a reputable Main Dealer. The role offers a competitive salary with uncapped earning potential, plus career progression within a growing dealer group. Basic salary is £29,000 with an uncapped OTE of £35,000+.

Training and development are provided as part of a strong career path. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, with one early finish per week, and alternate Saturdays 8:00am to 2:00pm (42-hour week).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Kerridge / ADP experience is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Book customer vehicles in for servicing, MOTs, and repair work.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Advise customers on repairs, maintenance, and warranty work.
• Upsell additional products, services, and accessories.
• Schedule appointments to maximise workshop efficiency.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update dealership systems.

Duties of a Service Advisor
