Job summary

Jago Consultants in the Tunbridge Wells area of Kent is recruiting a Service Advisor for a leading main car dealership. The role offers a good basic salary with an OTE circa 30k and a friendly, customer-focused team.

As a Service Advisor you will inform customers about required service and repair work, estimate costs, upsell where appropriate, manage timescales, and produce job cards on our in-house system. A full driving licence is required.

• Experience as a Service Advisor in a motor garage
• Excellent customer service and upsell skills
• Good CSI performance

Responsibilities

We are working with a Main Car Dealership who are actively looking for a Service Advisor to join there friendly team. Tunbridge Wells area of Kent.

Job Role – Motor Vehicle Service Advisor

Salary – OTE circa 30k

Service Advisor Duties include:

• Ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
• Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
• Sell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs
• Advise on timescales and collection arrangements

• Update customer and vehicle records

For this Service Advisor position you will have:

• Previous experience working as a Service Advisor within a motor garage
• Full driving licence

As a Service Advisor you will ensure the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.

In particular my client is looking for some one with strong customer service skills who has excellent customer rapport and can deliver great CSI results, along with being confident with up-sell opportunities.
