Job summary

Beckenham Independent Garage is seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join our busy workshop. You will manage high volumes of customer enquiries, provide accurate servicing quotations and coordinate parts and workshop workloads.

The role requires strong aftersales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to develop the position as the business grows. Monday–Friday with Saturday mornings as required.

Qualifications

• Previous Senior Service Advisor or strong automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Good knowledge of automotive Aftersales and workshop operations.
• Confident managing a high volume of customer calls and enquiries.
• Experience preparing quotations and ordering automotive parts.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls and service enquiries.
• Provide customers with accurate quotations for servicing and repair work.
• Order parts and ensure availability for scheduled workshop jobs.
• Allocate work efficiently to Vehicle Technicians.
• Provide experienced support across reception and customer-facing operations.
• Coordinate customer requirements, parts and workshop workloads.
• Take on additional responsibilities as the role develops.

Job description

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor to join a busy independent garage in Beckenham. Applicants must have strong automotive aftersales experience, be confident managing a high volume of customer enquiries, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, plus 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:00am–12:30pm
