A renowned automotive services company in Reading is seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor. The role offers a basic salary of £30,000 plus bonuses and requires previous experience in a similar position. Qualifications

Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor.
Knowledge of Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems or similar DMS System is required.
Experience in upselling services is needed.
A full manual UK driving license is mandatory and subject to a driver's check.

Arrange Service Department bookings.
Ensure efficient workshop loading while meeting customer requirements.
Upsell works to be completed and promote special offers/Service Plans.
