Our client is a respected commercial vehicle dealership based within Leicester. They are currently on the lookout for an experienced Service Advisor to join their dynamic team.
Service Advisor Vacancy - Commercial Dealership Leicester
  • Position: Service Advisor
  • Location: Leicester
  • Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (DoE)
  • Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Alternate Saturday Mornings, 8:00am - 12:00pm
Key Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:
  1. Acting as the main point of contact for customers requiring maintenance or repairs for their commercial vehicles
  2. Liaising with customers to book service appointments and manage vehicle progress
  3. Communicating effectively with the workshop team to ensure smooth operations
  4. Providing accurate estimates for repairs and service work
  5. Ensuring all customer inquiries are handled professionally and promptly
Requirements for the Service Advisor role:
  1. Previous experience in a Service Advisor role, ideally within the commercial vehicle or motor trade industry
  2. Strong organisational and communication skills
  3. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service
  4. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
  5. Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS)
