Job summary

The Recruitment Solution is recruiting a Service Advisor for a prestige motor group in the Bury Cambridge area. You will greet customers at the service reception, book vehicles, raise and close job cards, obtain authorisations and liaise with the workshop to ensure smooth service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have main dealer experience, excellent customer service, upselling and administration skills; RTC, One Link and Kerridge experience is advantageous.
