Job summary

The Recruitment Solution is recruiting a Service Advisor for a North West London dealership. The role requires main dealer experience, outstanding customer service and strong administrative skills, with Kerridge knowledge being an advantage. Daily duties include greeting customers, booking in vehicles and coordinating with the workshop.

Qualifications

• Experience in a main dealer environment.
• Experience with Kerridge/ADP systems is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and administration skills.
• Knowledge of RTC and One Link is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at the service reception.
• Book in vehicles and manage bookings.
• Raise and close job cards for service work.
• Obtain authorisations for required work.
• Liaise with the workshop on progress and updates.
• Arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system.
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and upselling where appropriate.
