Job summary

We are seeking a Service Advisor for a Bournemouth area dealership representing a premium LUXURY brand. You will join a progressive, supportive team with exceptional training and resources. The role offers a market-leading £41,000+ OTE and a comprehensive benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have main dealer experience, strong customer service, upsales and solid administration skills. RTC, One Link and Kerridge experience would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Main dealer experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Upselling and administration experience a plus.
• Experience with RTC, One Link and Kerridge would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at the service reception.
• Book in vehicles for service work.
• Raise and close job cards and obtain authorisations.
• Liaise with workshop on progress and timelines.
• Arrange courtesy cars via One Link system.
• Costing, invoicing, handovers and upselling where appropriate.

• You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
• Booking in vehicles
• Raising and closing job cards
• Gaining authorisations for work to be carried out
• Liaising with the workshop in regards to work in progress
• Arranging courtesy cars using the one link system
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and up-selling.
