Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm, Saturday on rota basis.

Salary: basic £26,000 + £4,800 bonus

Lookers Hamilton Audi are recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team, which includes Service Advisors, Vehicle Technicians, Apprentices, Workshop staff, and our enthusiastic Service Manager.

As a Service Advisor at Hamilton Audi, you will benefit from continuous training opportunities through our in-house brand development, as well as learning from the Aftersales Manager and the Head of Business. This is a truly exciting opportunity with potential for progression within Lookers!

Responsibilities
  • Booking MOTs, services, and other repair work for our customers
  • Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts/accessories that benefit the customer
  • Liaising with the full Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments, based on workload and call volumes
  • Managing a high volume of customers daily, as well as handling telephone calls and online booking queries
  • Informing customers of turnaround times and ensuring effective communication throughout the service process
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems accordingly
Qualifications

We are looking for someone with heaps of energy, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering a first-class customer experience. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to build rapport easily, and explain technical information clearly. Experience using Kerridge / ADP is advantageous, along with knowledge of other dealer systems.

You should be a great team player but also able to work independently using your initiative. We want to hear from candidates who have worked in similar roles within the automotive industry and have a passion for customer service and cars!
