Job summary

Johnsons Cars in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for our Hyundai dealership. You will deliver exceptional aftersales service, book in vehicles, prepare estimates, and keep customers informed throughout the process.

You will join a fast-paced, customer-focused team with opportunities for progression and staff benefits including a £28,000 basic salary plus £6,000 bonus, 31 days holiday, and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry (essential).
• Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
• A target-driven mindset with the ability to maximise sales opportunities.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A professional, customer-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the aftersales journey
• Booking in vehicles, scheduling work, and managing workshop diaries
• Providing accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, including timescales and costs
• Keeping customers fully informed with clear and timely updates
• Promoting additional products, services, parts, and accessories where appropriate
• Ensuring all customer expectations are met and exceeded
