Job summary

Our client in Coulsdon is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join the motor trade team.

You will handle customer bookings, update on progress, finalise invoices, and cross-sell repairs. Requires 1-2 years in a main dealer; Keyloop/Drive experience is an advantage. Monday to Friday with Saturday rotation.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer.
• Keyloop/Drive experience an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a busy, pressured environment is essential.
• Technical skills and experience are essential.
• Well-presented and hold excellent interpersonal organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the service department.

Monday to Friday (08:00 - 18:00) 1 in 3 Saturdays (08:00 - 14:00)
