Job summary

VWAuditec seeks a Service Advisor to join its independent workshop, focusing on a less pressured environment and Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Cupra and Skoda brands. You will handle front-of-house reception tasks and liaise with customers on service needs.

The role involves greeting customers, booking services, ordering parts, invoicing, and explaining work performed. A customer-focused approach and knowledge of vehicle parts are essential for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house customer service roles.
• Ability to manage bookings and inquiries efficiently.
• Knowledge of vehicle parts and workshop processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and check in at start of day.
• Take telephone bookings for future work and service requests.
• Look up and order parts as needed for jobs.
• Produce customer invoices for completed work.
• Prepare job cards for upcoming bookings and repairs.
• Explain work performed to customers and hand back keys.
• Maintain a good knowledge of vehicle parts and locations.

We have a vacancy for a Service Advisor looking to work in a less pressured environment for an established independent business, specialising in Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Cupra and Skoda products.

Working in our front-of-house reception duties include

• Checking in customers at the start of the day and confirming work requirements
• Taking telephone bookings for future work
• Looking up and ordering of parts
• Production of customer invoices
• Preparing job cards for future bookings
• Explaining the work carried out and handing over the customer's vehicles
• A good knowledge of vehicle parts and locations is key to this role
