Job Title: Service Advisor

Our client is a franchised car dealership in Bushey Heath looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join their team.

Working as part of a team, you will focus on delivering a high level of brand experience to customers, committed to making a difference and seeking long-term career progression!

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration.
2. Help the retailer achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency.
3. Maximise customer awareness of all available retailer services.
4. Maximise service profitability through professional sales techniques.

Needed Requirements:

• Previous experience would be beneficial but is not necessary.
• Excellent customer satisfaction skills and strong communication abilities.
• Efficient, organised, and flexible.
• Management experience is required.
• Full driving license with less than 6 points.

Package:

Basic salary: £30,000

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm (1-hour lunch). Alternating Saturdays, 8am to 1:30pm, every other week.
