Main Purpose of Job:

• Maximise service department profitability through professional sales techniques and increasing customer awareness of workshop services.
• Work effectively within the dealership team to ensure industry-leading customer care and satisfaction.

Service Advisor Job Role:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers entering the dealership.
• Explain repair processes and book customer vehicles in for service.
• Effectively sell products and services, including making customer bookings.
• Communicate with workshop technicians and customers to determine work required and obtain authorization.
• Ensure customer experience is enjoyable while providing high-quality service.
• Raise job cards and provide customer estimates in line with company policies.
• Calculate charges accurately for parts, labour, and repairs.
• Meet deadlines set by the Line Manager and company procedures.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety, environmental, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation for warranty work per dealership requirements.
• Monitor jobs in progress and report issues to the Line Manager.

Requirements:

A full clean driving licence is essential.
