Job summary

Securitas UK is seeking a Service Advisor in Bellshill to join Commercial Bellshill. You will greet customers, explain services, manage scheduling and loan vehicles, monitor progress, and ensure accurate record-keeping. You will also follow up to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and be able to handle payments and invoices. Salary up to £30,000 with OTE up to £35,000, based in Bellshill.

• Customer Interaction & Service Explanation: Greet customers professionally, listen to their concerns, provide clear explanations of services, estimates, and timelines, and offer relevant recommendations based on vehicle condition.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently schedule service appointments, coordinate loan vehicles or shuttle services, and communicate customer concerns to Service Technicians for accurate diagnosis and resolution.
• Job Monitoring & Updates: Monitor job progress, update customers on any delays, and identify additional service opportunities, while ensuring compliance with warranty and service procedures.
• Record Keeping & Payment Processing: Maintain accurate records of work orders, invoices, and customer profiles, process payments accurately, and reconcile transactions.
• Customer Follow-up & Feedback: Follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction, address complaints, solicit feedback for improvement, and maintain positive customer relationships.
